Areas looking, South Mpls, Roseville, St. Paul, and St. Louis Park, New Hope.
Buyer #2: $380,000 and under
Prefers a home with unique angles and vaulted ceilings, needs a large yard for their 2 big dogs. Condition can be either move-in or a fixer upper. Looking in Plymouth, Minnetonka, New Hope and Golden Valley.
Buyer #3: $250,000 and under
Prefers a non-fixer upper, cosmetic updates okay. Loves to cook so having a nice kitchen with a gas stove is important. Has a dog so some yard is needed. Likes St. Louis Park but opened to Mpls, Richfield, New Hope, & Robbinsdale. Likes craftsman style, but open to others.

Buyer #4: $400,000 and under
Looking in Mpls Longfellow, Standish, Powderhorn area, buyer is in no rush, will most likely rent the house out for two years until she moves her permanently.

Any style and in good solid condition, dated is fine, looking in Mpls and west side of St Paul (Highland/McGroveland)

Buyer #7: $424,000 and under
Looking for a rambler, with 2 bedrooms on main, main floor laundry, 1,700 to 2,500 sq/ft, move-in ready, can also be a townhome or condo, with dues less than $400/month. Edina, Bloomington, Richfield, South Mpls.
