Thought I'd tell I love how you listed and sold Gordon, nice work. I live right nearby on Bourne. The last couple years, I've watched a couple very seasoned local agents that live in the neighborhood list and sell house after house in the neighborhood way too low. Nice to see a neighboring house get sold right!

Kim Eckert helped my partner & I in buying our first home! When we first contacted Kim we had no idea what we were doing. We thought we would go out & look at a few homes, think about it & go from there. Kim is so welcoming & knowledgeable; she really took the stress out of the process & swapped it for excitement. She took things at our pace, guiding us along the way & taking our wants/needs into consideration when picking homes for us to look at. Communication was back & forth, non-stop. The market was crazy when we were looking so we had to make quick decisions. I would email her in the morning with a house & she would get us a showing that afternoon. A few times there were houses that just popped on the market while we were out looking with her & she got us in to see them. She has so many great resources & is such a great person. I live in Green Bay, WI, and had contacted Kim to help me with the listing of my mother's home in South Minneapolis after her passing. Even with the amount of distance between us I was always kept informed of improvements as they were completed. Once listed, communications stayed top notch as the showings took place. Kim Eckert helped me buy my first home. Buying your first home can be a nerve-wracking experience because everything is new to you and you can feel unsure of things. Kim helped to ease that discomfort. She was always happy to explain any details of the purchasing process and explained it thoroughly. She was patient, never pushy as I had heard others could be, and listened to exactly what it was I wanted. I would definitely recommend her to others.
